03. If a booking is received from the Online Travel Agent (OTA), then the cancellation policy of that particular channel is applicable.
04. Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and will be governed by the Cancellation Policy.
05. Refunds only through cheque for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
06. Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days.
07. Credit/debit card/ Instamojo online refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
08. The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund.
09. Carry the printout of the booking confirmation mail/receipt at the time of check-in. In case of date change existing booking needs to be cancelled, see cancellation policy. Reservation of rooms on new dates will be subject to availability.
01. Settlements of bills : Bills must be settled on presentation, unless bills are to be sent to the company, a procedure previously agreed upon. Personal cheque are not accepted.
02. Reserves the right to catalogue the reserved Guest’s possessions and to store them in a safe place so that the room can be used by guest for whom it has been reserved.
03. COMPANY’S LIEN ON GUEST LUGGAGE AND BELONGINGS In the case of default in payment of dues by a guest, the Management shall have the lien on their luggage and belongings and be entitled to detain the same, and to sell or auction such property at any time without reference to the guest. The net sale proceeds will be appropriated towards the amount due by the guest without prejudice to the Management’s right to adopt such further recovery proceedings as may be required.
04. Luggage storage: Luggage stored in the left luggage room is solely at the owner’s risk as to loss or damage from any cause. Luggage may not be stored for a period of over 15 days. Guest shall hold the hotel harmless for the loss of or giving away / selling any possessions of the guest left behind at the hotel up on failure to retrieve the same with in 15 days of the departure from the hotel.
05. Guest belongings: The guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their room. The hotel will not, in any way whatsoever be responsible for the loss of the resident’s goods or any other property not entrusted to the management or for the damage thereof, whether due to neglect of hotel employees or agents or any other cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.
06. For security reasons, it is not appropriate to leave children of any age without adult supervision in the room, or other areas on the hotel premises.
07. Hazardous goods: Guests shall ensure that no articles compensate of a combustible or hazardous nature are brought or kept in the hotel, and ompensate the hotel for any damage or loss caused to any person or property in the hotel by the guest.
08. Government rules and regulations : Guest are requested to observe the government rules and regulations in force from time to time in respect of registration, alcoholic beverages, firearms etc.
09. Firearms: Guests are advised not to carry firearms or weapons of any sort inside the hotel premises. If you are carrying one, please deposit the same with the security officer during your stay at the hotel.
10. Amendment of rules: The management reserves the right to add, alter or amend any of the above terms, without prior intimation or notice. Guests are obliged to observe the provisions of these House Rules & Notes. In the event that a guest is in breach of these rules, the hotel has the right to repudiate the agreement on the provision of accommodation services before the agreed period has elapsed.

(1) 30% advance payment collectable against the booking confirmation (Non-refundable, in case of cancellation or postponement under any circumstances). 70% Balance Amount, with an additional 10% interest free refundable deposit amount of the total estimated billing shall be paid 5 days prior to the function/event date. Any further balance payments due has to be settled immediately at the end of the function via cash or credit card. NRICH SKYOTEL BANQUETS Management reserves the right to cancel the function if the payment is not done on time.
(2) All payments shall be made in the name of NRICH SKYOTEL only.
(3) Kindly submit a valid copy of your PAN CARD / GST Registration Number for billing purposes.
(4) All the prices are exclusive of GST & shall be applicable as per govt. rules and regulations from time to time.
(5) Choice of Banquet halls are subject to availability. Management reserves the right to change the Banquet hall.
(6) The entire packages & plans are applicable for the Banquet hall only. Actual charges shall be as per final selection of the menu. We need minimum billing as per the package price for any function/event. Rent starts from the very first minute on an hourly basis.
(7) In case the number of persons exceeds the initial guaranteed number agreed upon, the management will try to arrange food and service to cover for only an additional 10% of the original guaranteed numbers agreed upon by the guest. Further NRICH SKYOTEL BANQUETS Management levy a 15% surcharge (in addition to the rates per head) for any increase in the number of guests beyond the additional 10%.
(8) In case if the number of the guests are more than guaranteed, the management may ask the host / function organiser for appropriate spot payment during the function.
(9) Any reduction or increase in the number of guaranteed persons is allowed only up to 5 days prior to the function with additional charges as applicable.
(10) All charges will be levied and calculated on the actual number of persons or the guaranteed number of persons, whichever is higher.
(11) Number of main dishes / plates consumed during function by the guests shall be counted to prepare the final bill. People sharing the dish / plate shall be counted as diners and shall also be billed.
(12) Food left over at the end of the function / event shall not be packed or parcelled.
(13) One representative of the guest, whose communication to the management shall be considered final, has to be introduced to us for better coordination of function / event (No person from any Event management company will be entertained for this purpose).
(14) Menus are to be finalised at least 1 week prior to the function/event date. All other requirements of the Banquet function, including Seating arrangements, Floral, Sound-Lighting arrangements & Audio-Video equipment must be finalised at least 10 days prior to the function / event.
(15) Outside Food & Beverages of any kind will not be permitted in the Banquet! premises by the Guest without permission.
(16) Alcohol consumption is not allowed within the whole premises as per Gujarat Govt. rules & regulations.
(17) All necessary permits, IPRS/PPL licence, fireworks permission or any other kind of applicable permission must be taken by the client/guest/event organiser, and a copy of the permit / No Objection Certificates / licence is to be submitted to the NRICH SKYOTEL BANQUETS Management at least 5 days prior to the function / event.
(18) No fireworks, crackers, cold pyros, confetti’s or Arms allowed within the banquet! premises as well as within 100 metres radius of property too.
(19) Playing of indoor music or live band will be permitted only till 11.00 pm and for outdoor functions the same shall be permitted only till 10.00 pm. The sound limit should be confined as per prevailing government regulations.
(20) Sub-Contractors engaged for any function / event for all types of food, décor, stage, floral, lighting & sound, DJs arrangements to be sourced exclusively from the empanelled vendors short-listed by the management only, at an additional charge.
(21) Management strictly prohibits Pan Counter & Smoking within the premises.
(22) Drums / Dhol/Ghodi or Bands are strictly prohibited within the property & banquet premises.
(23) Prior permission must be taken in order to display welcome signage or banner or postage in the lobby, driveway or any other part of the premises ensuring no damage to the property. However, adequate signage for the said function with details and directions to the venue shall be provided for.
(24) All materials / goods brought in for the function / event will be strictly at the guest’s own risk. Management will not be liable for any loss / damage caused to guests’ goods.
(25) The guest/ event organiser will ensure strict adherence / support to the Banquet property guidelines and will be solely responsible for any damage or breakage caused by any guest/contractor / workers engaged by him.
(26) In case of any legal dispute or related matters, the jurisdiction applicable shall be Navsari only.
(27) The guests are expected to observe the rules with Terms & conditions of the premises in right earnest. The Management of The NRICH SKYOTEL Banquets reserves the right to ask any guest to leave the function if there is any breach of rules and regulations of the contract.
(28) The management of The NRICH SKYOTEL Banquets shall not be liable for inconvenience / non-delivery of promise caused by any act of God, Nature, Accident or failure of any services, which are beyond the control of management.
(29) Management strictly prohibits the use of nails, scotch tape or pins for any decoration purpose. Any damage due to non-adherence to this will be recovered from the guest/ event organizer.
(30) Management prohibits the use of Flower Petals or any such items which can damage Hall Carpet.
(31) PRO (Public Relation Girls) & VIP Service Boys, if required will be arranged at extra charge. Rates may vary from time to time. Please check with our executives for the same.
(32) Round Tables & Banquet Chairs shall be provided as per the Package selection. Extra numbers shall be chargeable on actual (for Chairs, Tables, Stage, Mehrab & other decorations).Â
(33) The banquet property is equipped with an adequate power facility. However, during the event there may be power fluctuations, which will be taken care of.
(34) The Management will levy double rates of banquet hall rentals as an additional charge on the function / events extending beyond 11:30 PM.
(35) Vehicles parking will be at the vehicle owner’s risk and the management of NRICH SKYOTEL will not be liable for any loss or damage to the vehicle.
(36) Guidelines from Central & State Government for COVID-19 Pandemic, has to be followed by all the Guests, as may vary from time to time.Â
(37) Total advance paid will be retained if cancelled 1 month within to the date of Event.
(38) In case of any cancellation the GST on the advance will have to be retained as it is to be paid by us to the authorities by the 5th of the next month.
